We want to invite the entire Ivy community to join us on Veterans Day, Wednesday, November 11 at 8:30am in the gym. Our 2nd and 3rd grade students will be singing, however, all are welcome to attend. We will have a brief reception out front of the school immediately after for our Veterans and adult guests.
We also want to showcase our Ivy Veterans with a slideshow that will play during the concert. To participate we ask interested families to email ivyelementaryveterans@gmail.com with these 3 items:

Please note: we must receive your response by 5pm on Friday, November 6 to be included in the slideshow.
Ivy Elementary is proud to honor the military service of our staff, student family members, neighbors, and community members who have served our country. Each November, students perform patriotic songs and veterans are recognized during a whole-school meeting. Parents, grandparents, and veterans are invited to attend. A small team of parents works in conjunction with school staff to put the program together. This is a special morning and an important tradition at Ivy Elementary.
